Manpower, on behalf of a leading international company operating in the transportation, logistics and shipping industry, is looking for a Customer Agent Specialist to join its team in Ciampino (Rome). What You’ll Do As a Customer Agent Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customs-related activities and providing excellent customer service throughout the shipping process. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing customs documentation and administrative procedures Supporting import and export shipment operations Processing and updating data within company systems Assisting customers via phone and email Monitoring shipment status and handling customer requests Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customs documentation Working closely with internal operational and customs teams Maintaining high standards of service and compliance Who We Are Looking For We are looking for candidates with: Good command of English (both written and spoken)



Good PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Care or Customer Support roles Experience in Data Entry or administrative activities Previous exposure to logistics, transportation, shipping or customs-related environments Knowledge of import/export processes will be considered a plus What We Offer Initial 3-month fixed-term contract Tempo parziale 20 hours per week Shift pattern: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM CCNL Logistics, Freight Transport &, Shipping 4th Level Classification Competitive salary package (RAL €16,000 - €18,000, pro-rated according to working hours) Training and onboarding support Opportunity to gain valuable experience in an international logistics environment Dynamic, professional and team-oriented workplace Potential for contract extension based on performance and business needs ????
