p We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale mission-critical development from construction through to commissioning. The successful candidate will act as the client's representative, overseeing contractor performance, project controls, stakeholder management and overall project delivery throughout the programme lifecycle. p This opportunity is ideally suited to a construction professional with a strong background in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or complex industrial developments, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and major contractors. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Lead day-to-day delivery of data centre construction activities on site. /lili Act as the primary client representative, ensuring project objectives are achieved. /lili Manage contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders throughout all phases of delivery. /lili Oversee programme, cost, quality and health safety performance. /lili Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. /lili Coordinate project reporting, governance activities and executive-level stakeholder communications. /lili Ensure compliance with client standards, industry best practice and local regulatory requirements. /lili Support commissioning, testing and handover activities to ensure successful project completion. /lili Drive collaboration across design, construction and operational teams. /li /ulp Required Experience /pulli Proven experience as a Project Manager,



Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager delivering large-scale construction projects. /lili Demonstrable track record delivering data centre, mission-critical, hyperscale, life sciences, industrial or advanced technology facilities. /lili Strong experience managing: /lili Civil and structural works /lili MEP installations /lili Mission-critical infrastructure /lili Commissioning and integrated systems testing /lili Main contractors and specialist subcontractors /lili Complex stakeholder environments /lili Significant experience managing contractor-led delivery on large and complex construction projects. /lili Strong understanding of project controls, programme management and construction contracts. /lili Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /lili Thorough knowledge of health, safety and quality management practices. /li /ulp Preferred Experience /pulli Previous experience delivering data centre projects for hyperscale, colocation or enterprise clients. /lili Experience working within Italy or the wider European construction market. /lili Understanding of Italian construction regulations, permitting requirements and supply chains. /lili Experience managing projects through commissioning and operational readiness phases. /lili Italian language skills advantageous. /li /ulp Why Apply? /pp This is an opportunity to join a high-profile development programme and play a key role in the delivery of cutting-edge digital infrastructure within one of Europe's fastest-growing data centre markets. /p /p
