pWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale mission-critical development from construction through to commissioning. The successful candidate will act as the client#39;s representative, overseeing contractor performance, project controls, stakeholder management and overall project delivery throughout the programme lifecycle. /ppbr / /ppThis opportunity is ideally suited to a construction professional with a strong background in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or complex industrial developments, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and major contractors. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead day-to-day delivery of data centre construction activities on site. /liliAct as the primary client representative, ensuring project objectives are achieved. /liliManage contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders throughout all phases of delivery. /liliOversee programme, cost, quality and health safety performance. /liliMonitor construction progress and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. /liliCoordinate project reporting, governance activities and executive-level stakeholder communications. /liliEnsure compliance with client standards, industry best practice and local regulatory requirements. /liliSupport commissioning, testing and handover activities to ensure successful project completion. /liliDrive collaboration across design, construction and operational teams. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequired Experience /strong /pulliProven experience as a Project Manager,



Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager delivering large-scale construction projects. /liliDemonstrable track record delivering data centre, mission-critical, hyperscale, life sciences, industrial or advanced technology facilities. /liliStrong experience managing: /liliCivil and structural works /liliMEP installations /liliMission-critical infrastructure /liliCommissioning and integrated systems testing /liliMain contractors and specialist subcontractors /liliComplex stakeholder environments /liliSignificant experience managing contractor-led delivery on large and complex construction projects. /liliStrong understanding of project controls, programme management and construction contracts. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliThorough knowledge of health, safety and quality management practices. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPreferred Experience /strong /pulliPrevious experience delivering data centre projects for hyperscale, colocation or enterprise clients. /liliExperience working within Italy or the wider European construction market. /liliUnderstanding of Italian construction regulations, permitting requirements and supply chains. /liliExperience managing projects through commissioning and operational readiness phases. /liliItalian language skills advantageous. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhy Apply? /strong /ppThis is an opportunity to join a high-profile development programme and play a key role in the delivery of cutting-edge digital infrastructure within one of Europe#39;s fastest-growing data centre markets. /p
