To strengthen our growth in the Drug Containment Solutions BU (DCS), we are looking for a results-driven Test Engineer to join our Technology Excellence Center (TEC) team based in Piombino Dese (PD). The role will focus on mechanical, functional and analytical testing of materials, drug containment solutions and delivery devices in regulated environments. brSupport the execution of experimental testing activities in laboratory environments brPerform mechanical, physical and analytical testing under the guidance of senior team members brAssist in the development, optimization and validation of test methods brCollect, analyze and organize test data, contributing to technical reports and presentations brSupport the calibration, maintenance and proper functioning of laboratory equipment brParticipate in environmental, stress and accelerated testing activities (e.g. stability and shelf-life studies)brContribute to troubleshooting activities and root cause investigations brSupport the characterization of Container Closure Systems (integrity, functionality, forces, resistance) and Drug Delivery Systems Medical Devices (e.g. pens, autoinjectors) through performance and reliability testing brMaster’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related scientific fields brSome experience in laboratory or testing environments, preferably within pharma, medical devices, packaging or related industries brAcademic or practical knowledge of materials science and mechanical principles, with interest in glass,
plastics and rubber materials brFamiliarity with laboratory testing methods and equipment brBasic knowledge of analytical techniques such as mechanical testing, microscopy or material characterization brUnderstanding of data analysis and scientific reporting principles brKnowledge of Minitab, Origin and MS Office is considered a plus brExposure to simulation tools (e.g. Ansys) or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus brFull proficiency in Italian and English brAt Stevanato Group, we believe that great performance is sustained over time through the right combination of tools, support, wellbeing, and continuous development.
