ph3What We ’re Looking For /h3pJoin a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients. /pp01 /ph3How you’ll make a difference /h3ulliSupport the Sales team in negotiating and finalizing contracts for cutting-edge digital services, working directly with the legal departments of leading Italian and European companies. /liliCollaborate with Administration and Sales teams in the preparation of documentation required for participation in public tenders, including the establishment of temporary consortiums and joint bidding arrangements. /liliSupport the Procurement team in reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements. /liliContribute to the management of overdue receivables, supporting Sales teams in customer administration and credit recovery activities. /liliCollaborate with external legal counsel in managing out-of-court settlements and legal disputes.brid /li /ulp02 /ph3What we’re looking for /h3ulliDegree in Law. /liliAbility to independently manage the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts. /liliStrong communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to provide clear and timely legal advice to multiple business functions. /liliStrong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize activities while collaborating with different departments across the organization. /liliGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. /liliEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher. /li /ulpThe gross annual salary for this position ranges from €30,000 to €40,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011). /pp03 /ph3What we would consider a plus /h3ulliQualification to practice law (Bar admission). /liliKnowledge of French. /liliBasic knowledge of business administration and corporate finance.
