ppThe Demand Planning Team is looking for a Demand Planning Specialist to manage downstream supply chain activities for the entire WW Woman Man business for the LG, Accessories, Shoes and RTW categories. Based in Rome, within the Supply Chain Department, the Demand Team has the aim of guarantee the correct availability of the Timeless products in Retail and apply merchandise and product strategy of the brand. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liOperational Coordination: support day-to-day activities, setting priorities when needed to address changes in business needs; /li liCross-functional Collaboration: work closely with different departments, including Merchandising, Sales Planning and Supply Planning to ensure steady availability on timeless products and to proactively identify and assess potential risks and develop corresponding mitigation strategies and contingency plans; /li liSales Stock Projection Supervision: Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, supervise forecast and reorders evaluation in order to guarantee the most efficient product availability and inventory coverage; /li liDriving Catalogue efficiency: Strictly collaborate with other teams to define an efficient Timeless product catalogue in terms of stock and coverage; /li liProcess Improvement: analyse existing processes and identify areas for optimization. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes and implement best practices to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational performance. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Economics or similar fields; /li li2-3 years’ experience in Project Management leadership in Supply Chain related fields, with strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices. Fashion and Luxury experience is a plus; /li liExcellent communication,
interpersonal and presentation skills; /li liStrong analytical skills with knowledge on tools such as Anaplan, Power BI and Excel. Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and forecasting methods; /li liStrong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage projects simultaneously; /li liAbility to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment, and to lead and motivate teams effectively; /li liFluent in English; French a plus. /li /ul pLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities.
