This role ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards, enabling timely production and release of pharmaceutical products. /pp Main Responsibilities: /pp• Supervise the change control process with specific focus on production and batch release /pp• Follow the change control opening phase by verifying the proposed change and ensuring completeness of information and documentation /pp• Lead preliminary assessments of change proposals and identify potential impacts to guide the evaluation process /pp• Support the approval phase by verifying the presence and consistency of assessments and action plans for implementation /pp• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure effective communication with customers and external agencies /pp• Participate in periodic meetings with customers, customer audits, and regulatory inspections /pp Required Skills: 1–2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance function within a pharmaceutical company. /pp Preferred Skills: /pulli Ability to work well independently and in a team environment /lili Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. /lili Strong accuracy and attention to detail /lili Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. /lili Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). /lili Proficiency with the English language.
