p Human Resources Business Partner p Location: Milan, Italy /pp Working pattern: 5 days per week on site /pp About the Opportunity /pp We're partnering with a fast-paced international organisation to appoint an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a commercially driven, sales-led business across Southern Europe. /pp This is a highly visible, fully on-site business partnering role where you'll work directly with senior commercial leaders, helping them build high-performing teams, navigate organisational change and drive business growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across the full employee lifecycle. /pp Success in this role requires someone who understands the pace, pressure and commercial demands of a sales organisation and can confidently influence leaders across multiple countries. /pp The Role /pp Partnering with Sales and Commercial leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive HR support across Spain, Italy and Portugal. /pp Key responsibilities include: /pulli Partner with senior commercial leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to ambitious business growth plans. /lili Coach managers on performance management, leadership capability, employee relations and talent development. /lili Support organisational design, restructuring and change programmes across the Southern Europe region. /lili Drive workforce planning, succession planning and talent reviews within commercial teams. /lili Work closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and organisational growth. /lili Analyse people data and business trends to provide commercially focused HR insights. /lili Champion employee engagement, culture and leadership initiatives. /lili Ensure compliance with local employment legislation across Spain, Italy and Portugal while maintaining alignment with global HR policies.
/lili Collaborate with Centres of Excellence including Reward, Talent, Learning Development and HR Operations. /lili Maintain a strong, visible presence within the Valencia office, working on site five days per week. /li /ulp About You /pp We're looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner who enjoys working at pace and influencing senior stakeholders within a performance-driven environment. /pp You'll ideally bring: /pulli Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting a sales-led or customer-facing organisation. /lili Proven experience partnering with Commercial, Sales or Revenue leaders, with a strong understanding of how people strategies enable business performance. /lili Experience providing HR support across Spain, Italy and Portugal is essential. /lili Strong working knowledge of Spanish employment law, with exposure to Italian and Portuguese employment practices highly desirable. /lili Experience supporting organisational growth, transformation and change. /lili Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders. /lili Strong analytical capability, using people data to drive business decisions. /lili Fluent English is essential, with Spanish required.
