The project focuses on advancing strongphysical AI and multi-fleet management systems /strong, aimed at significantly enhancing the performance and efficiency of outdoor vehicles. /ppThis is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strongrobotics, AI, and real-world hardware /strong, where solutions go beyond simulation into practical application. The team is involved not only in building new capabilities but also in strongretrofitting existing systems with intelligent components /strong, bringing innovation to already deployed equipment. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongRESPONSIBILITIE /strong /pulliDefine and own the technical architecture for complex robotics solutions across domains (mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, AMRs) /liliDesign scalable, reusable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystem /liliLead end-to-end delivery: from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready systems /liliEstablish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices across the robotics team /liliEvaluate, select, and evolve technologies, tools, and platforms within the robotics stack /liliDrive research in emerging robotics trends and translate insights into practical architectural decisions /liliArchitect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination systems /liliEnsure integration of hardware and software, including sensors, actuators, real-time systems, and electromechanical components /liliOversee simulation and validation using tools such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, cloud, embedded, product) to align technical solutions with business goals /liliEngage with clients through workshops, technical discussions,
and architecture presentations (pre-sales and delivery) /li /ulpstrongREQUIREMENT /strong /pulliDegree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field /liliProven experience in robotics system architecture and end-to-end solution design /liliExpert proficiency in C++ and/or Python, building production-grade robotics software /liliStrong experience with ROS2, including defining standards and best practices /liliHands-on experience across robotics domains (mobile robots, arms, drones, autonomous systems /liliDeep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, vision, radar, GPS), localization, mapping, and motion planning (e.g., MoveIt2) /liliExperience with simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar) /liliStrong background in control systems, real-time computing, and hardware-software co-design /liliFamiliarity with cloud and IoT ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including deployment pipelines /liliKnowledge of industrial/embedded ecosystems (ARM, STM32, RTOS, PLC, SCADA) /liliExperience in multi-robot and multi-vendor integration environments /liliStrong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with solid mathematical foundation /liliExcellent communication skills, including presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders /liliProven experience in technical pre-sales (solution design, workshops, client engagement) /liliLeadership experience, mentoring engineers, and guiding technical direction /liliAdvanced English proficiency for daily communication, documentation, and stakeholder interaction /li /ulpemSoftServe is an equal opportunity employer.
