pWe are looking for a Building Utilities Specialist to join our Plant Engineering team. /ppThe candidate will support greenfield and brownfield projects, plant expansions, new product industrialization and transformation programs. /ppbr / /ppstrongESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pulliDevelop feasibility studies and preliminary engineering proposals for new industrial buildings, plant expansions, and refurbishment projects (with their utilities) /liliDefine construction concepts, layouts, technical specifications, and cost estimates. /liliCoordinate architectural, structural, civil and utilities engineering activities with internal stakeholders and external engineering firms. /liliPrepare technical tender documentation and support Purchasing during supplier selection and contract awarding. /liliSupervise construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements. /liliManage contractors and construction companies throughout project execution. /liliEnsure proper documentation, as-built drawings, permits, and certifications. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongREQUIREMENTS /strong /pulliMaster’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related technical discipline.



/lili10 years of experience in industrial construction, manufacturing facilities, utilities, EPC/construction management, or automotive/industrial environments. /liliStrong technical knowledge of industrial buildings, civil works, utility systems, fire protection, HVAC, energy efficiency, and site supervision. /liliExperience in CAPEX management, contractor coordination, tendering, technical specifications, and project execution. /liliKnowledge of Italian building regulations is mandatory; European standards are a plus. /liliFluent English and good digital skills, including AutoCAD and/or BIM tools. /liliProject management attitude, analytical thinking, and strong result orientation. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an international environment. /liliTeamwork, communication, proactivity, hands-on approach, and problem-solving mindset. /liliWillingness to travel internationally, mainly within Europe (average 30%) /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongSALARY INFORMATION /strong /pulliApplied Contract: CCSL Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro Iveco Group /liliGrade: 2 Gruppo Competente /liliVariable payment as per CCSL /li /ul
