We're looking for a motivated Internal Auditor who specialises in financial crime to support regulatory audits. You'll be executing internal audits and adapting your skills to auditing new subject matter. brUp to shape what's next in finance? Developing and executing audit programmes under internal policies, regulatory requirements,



and professional standards brOptimising data usage in the audit process to enhance risk understanding and deliver pertinent insights brProviding input and assisting in identifying relevant risks and regulatory requirements for audit scopes brDeveloping audit reports that identify deficiencies and root causes while providing recommendations that add value brConducting research and completing assigned training requirements to maintain professional relevance brPerforming follow-up reviews of deficiencies noted during previous audits brMonitoring audit progress against timelines and managing projects to completion, escalating where required br3+ years of experience in an audit-related role within a regulated financial services environment br~ Comprehensive knowledge of the current regulatory environment, including EU money laundering directives, JMLSG, and FATF guidance br~ Familiarity with financial crime controls, such as KYC/KYB, due diligence, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening br~ Motivation to learn, grow, and have an immediate impact as part of an expanding team brExperience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution brAn undergraduate or master's degree in a quantitative discipline brProficiency working with and interpreting data using SQL, SAS, or Python
