Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to assess the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability, and purity of biological substances and products. /pp Role Overview /pp Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing is looking for a Project Manager, at EU level, who will be focused on the deployment and implementation of eQMS (Eurofins Quality Management System). /pp The resource will be based in Vimodrone (MI) and will report to Eurofins Quality Management System Owner. /pp Specific Assignments /pp The eQMS software has been adopted by Eurofins BioPharmaceutical Services laboratories as the /pp global quality and compliance management system and will be used worldwide by several hundreds of users in different laboratories. /pp Following ITIL best practices, GAMP5 guidelines, Internal eQMS procedures and working instructions, the mission of the Project Manager is to: /pulli Deploy eQMS in different laboratories worldwide in collaboration with the IT Manager in charge of Computerized Quality Systems for the quality processes; /lili Manage overall project tasks, deployment or system optimization related, from inception to completion; /lili Organize and coordinate requirements elicitation with business teams; /lili Provide new requirements to business analyst so they can perform assessments for new and existing features; /lili Follow-up design and functional specifications; /lili Lead validation processes,
including test plan and test script generation and coordination of work with Technical System Engineer(s); /lili Prepare training material and train local resources on system features and implemented processes; /lili Author release notes related with implemented changes; /lili Author, maintain and periodic review for all documents related with eQMS (requirements, specifications, traceability matrix, working instructions, SOP's, reports, etc.). /li /ulp Other Assignments: /pulli Participate in the continuous improvement of IT Quality Assurance systems processes; /lili Follow group policies and standards; /lili Ensure follow-up to his Manager on a regular basis and as often as requested; /lili Develop good practices; /lili Author guidelines, procedures and templates for project management, system maintenance and validation; /lili Improve system design to fulfill good practices and applicable regulations; /lili Capitalize the knowledge base and help to improve the implemented processes. /li /ulp Key Competencies Skills /pulli Strong project management and coordination capabilities across international teams; /lili Solid IT knowledge from a design and functional perspective; /lili Experience working in a quality-related environment; /lili Fluent English communication skills; /lili Proactive, analytical, autonomous, and business-focused mindset with strong communication skills. /lili Available to travel up to 40% of the time. /li /ulp Additional Information /pp Starting date: 1st October 2026 /pp Expected salary (RAL) range for the role: €25–34K /pp Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and alignment with the company's salary ranges for the role. /pp To apply, it is necessary send a detailed Curriculum Vitae written in english, specifying the authorization to process personal data.
