For our client a leading multinational in the luxury cosmetics sector, we are looking for a:
**Senior Business Controller** The person we are seeking will play an active role directly reporting to the Corporate Business Manager. **Activities include but are not limited to**: - Independently manage the economic accounts of a brand portfolio within the company
- Collaborate with heads of Division, Sales & Marketing departments for budgeting & forecasting activities, financial control, and performance analysis/reporting improvement
- Guide budgeting and forecasting processes including investment in marketing, operating expenses, capex, and cash flow
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data in accordance with organizational guidelines
- Monitor and analyze country/brand performance against targets, budget/forecast vs actual, identifying risks and deviations
- Build and maintain professional relationships within the organization and HQ,



including relations with the parent company and the French HQ **Qualifications and Profile**: - University Degree and/or Specific Certifications
- Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in similar roles
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, sum if)
- Good financial knowledge and analytical skills
- Ability to make informed decisions
