Non-English CVs will not be considered**p A company developing a series of large biomethane project at Italy. /pp It is looking for a finance professional to act as a team member in negotiating and finalising the following: /pp Equity finance, mezzanine finance, convertible debt, subordinated debt, bridge finance, and senior debt. /pp The company has already identified potential entities in Italy for each of the above finance categories. /pp However the candidate also must have his own relationships within some or all categories listed above. /pp The person must be absolutely fluent in English and possess a financial background, with at least 10 years of experience in either corporate finance or corporate banking. /pp Those who do not meet these criteria must not apply. /pulli Please send your CV in English. /li /ul /p
