p We are looking for a Planner to support planning and scheduling activities for EPC projects in the electrical and electromechanical sector (substations). The role is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling EPC project schedules, ensuring that timelines and resources are managed effectively and in line with contractual and company objectives. p You will report to the Project Control function and work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Develop and maintain the project master schedule using MS Project and/or Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones. /lili Define the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and set up progress measurement and reporting procedures according to contract requirements and company standards. /lili Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including variance analysis. /lili Work with Engineering and Document Control to keep the EDMS updated and aligned with the engineering schedule. /lili Support the Procurement team with the Procurement Status Report (PSR) and schedule updates. /lili Collaborate with Construction to maintain the construction schedule. /lili Coordinate with Cost Control to align time and cost data. /lili Take part in internal and external progress meetings,
providing schedule analysis and proposing corrective actions where needed. /li /ulp Requirements /pulli Minimum 5 years of experience as a planner or project engineer on EPC or complex industrial projects. /lili Good understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases. /lili Strong knowledge of MS Project (Primavera P6 is a plus). /lili Familiarity with ERP systems and integrated project control tools (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards, EDMS). /lili Understanding of progress calculation methods and Earned Value Management (EVM). /lili Ability to analyze critical paths and schedule risks. /lili Good communication and teamwork abilities. /lili Good written and spoken English. /li /ulp Location: Assago (MI), Italy /pp This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
