**Role Purpose**:
Deliver transformational IT/ICT projects in cloud environments for Vodafone and some of its largest Enterprise customers, thus contributing to the achievement of Vodafone Business' ambitious growth targets **Key accountabilities and decision ownership**: - Delivering IT projects including complex technical solutions, migrations and guaranteeing quality of delivery within the constraints of schedule, features/functionality, and budget (budget analysis, forecasting, tracking)
- Ensuring Security by design requirements/process, and managing the Health & Safety rules/guidelines
- Establishing a strategy of continuous risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout the project life cycle and create an environment to support it where the project team has visible, measurable, and repeatable processes for managing these risks
- Maintaining the master program/project plan, collecting, reviewing, and reporting project status regarding cost, schedule, stakeholder management, and features (the solution and its quality) that influence project performance and completion.
- Managing tasks in order to deliver and hand-over to operation an integrated solution usually composed of products, services, or a formalized solution offering,



coordinating partners and VF internal stakeholders **Core competencies, knowledge and experience**: - Demonstrated capability in managing large and complex implementations from design through to go live.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large and medium cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills and demonstrated ability to build, extend and maintain client and supplier (internal & external) relationships
- Good Knowledge of VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V & Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Good Knowledge of “Migration & Transformation” methodologies, procedures and tools for IT architectures and Infrastructures
- IT/ICT Project management previous experience is mandatory **Must have technical / professional qualifications**: - Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- PMI/Prince2/ SCRUM Master or Similar Certification
- Azure, AWS, GCP and VM Ware certifications are considered a plus Academic Background:
- Graduated (Engineering) BA or master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Fluent in English **Key performance indicators**: - Service Revenues delivered
- Projects delivered on time
- Project cost control and reporting
