With the aim of strengthening the Tenders Office Department, we are recruiting a *** **Tenders Office Support** *** **Main Responsibilities**: - Analysis of tender documentation for public and private companies.
- Preparation of administrative tender documents, assembling the technical documentation and preparation of the economic offer.
- Support in the preparation of documentation in case of provisional or final award, extension and/or renewal of the contract.
- Management of qualifications in supplier register.
- Support for contract signing.
- Scouting for new tenders on different sources. *** **Requirements**: - High school diploma, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Law.
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in tender management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Goal orientation.
- Passion and a sense of responsibility in carrying out one's work.
