pAs a hands-on Test Manager, you lead testing for Digital Transaction Processing in Merchant Acquisition and Payment projects. You guide a distributed QA team, influence senior stakeholders, and drive test strategy across multiple programs. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to ensure quality and timely delivery in a complex payments ecosystem. This role offers impact at scale within a global fintech environment, shaping testing practices and project outcomes. /pulliPlan, deploy and oversee testing across multiple projects/programs /liliCoordinate testing activities with project leads and cross-application teams /liliDefine and communicate test scope to certify business capabilities /liliDevelop and execute the overall test strategy and QA processes /liliMentor a distributed team of permanent and supplier testers /liliSupport multiple Scrum teams with estimation, planning and testing strategies /liliOwn QA phases: test planning, design, execution and closure /liliEnsure adherence to QA best practices within QEA GBS /liliCoordinate defect triage and maintain test packs (regression, smoke)
/liliManage test environments and data quality across the estate /liliContribute to metrics collection and reporting for QEA GBS programs /liliEnsure change management for testing scope changes and monitor budget and spend /liliCollaborate with Project/Program Manager on risk and issue mitigation /liliEnforce Quality Stage Gates and validate acceptance criteria /lili15-18 years of experience in testing/QA /liliDomain expertise in Cards and Payments incl.
