About the Role

Onspora is recruitingVolleyball Data Scouts to attend professional volleyball matches across Italy and collect live match data using a dedicated Android application.

This is a flexible freelance opportunity suitable for volleyball enthusiasts, students, and anyone looking for occasional paid assignments while contributing to professional sports data collection.

Responsibilities

- Attend assigned volleyball matches near your location.
- Arrive before the match starts.
- Use our Android application to record live match events in real time.
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection.
- Submit completed match reports.

Requirements

- Passion for volleyball.
- Android smartphone.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable using mobile applications.
- Able to travel to nearby venues.





Previous scouting experience isnot required.

Compensation

- €55 for each successfully completed match.
- Flexible assignments based on your availability.
- Monthly payments via PayPal, Skrill, or USDT.

Transportation expenses are not reimbursed, so assignments are generally offered close to your location.

Recruitment Process

1. Submit your application.
2. Create a FeedConstruct account.
3. Attend a short online interview (approximately 5 minutes).
4. Complete the self-paced onboarding process.
5. Record three practice matches using our application and receive feedback.
6. Once approved, become eligible for official match assignments.
