- Business typologies and key characteristics
- Technological Transformation of Finance, Fintech
- Value of finance as a management function
- Financial reporting and financial statements
- Financial analysis
- Financial decision making. Investment appraisal
- Time value of money: future value, present value, and interest rates
- Capital budgeting techniques
- Risk and return
- Corporate capital structure, cost of capital, and taxes **Qualifications Requested**
- A relevant master’s degree or Phd qualification (eg: Finance, Economics, Business, or another related field from an accredited, state-approved programme).
- Resident in Italy - Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA).
- Immaculate police check(s).
- Fluent English: reading, speaking, writing (Common European Framework of Reference - CEFR level C1-C2). **Contract Duration** 1st term (September-January) 36h of teaching + assessment and other academic related activities **Experience**
- A minimum of two years of recent and relevant experience in a university environment.
- Evaluate and provide regular feedback on students' exercises, projects and examinations.
- Specialist skills & knowledge.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver innovative inquiry-based lessons that engage students and address their diverse learning needs.
- Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and resources effectively to enhance learning.
