p Sales Manager p Join our team and be part of a luxury hospitality experience at an exciting time for the Hassler Roma. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support the hotel's growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our hotel in the luxury hospitality market. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Develop and implement sales and client acquisition strategies in line with the hotel's commercial goals /lili Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders; /lili Establish strong working relationships with Preferred Partner agencies (such as Virtuoso, FHR) /lili Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth and new business opportunities /lili Represent the hotel at relevant trade fairs and industry events, acting as a brand ambassador /lili Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including networking and attending relevant events /lili Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Booking teams to maximize room revenues and overall commercial performance /lili Contribute innovative ideas and sales initiatives to support business development /lili Deliver sales operational tasks including contracting and site inspections /lili Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market insights,



and business opportunities /lili Maintain the client database in the relevant CRM platform /li /ulp What We're Looking For /pulli Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment /lili Client database and experience working within key European markets, with a focus on Leisure /lili Strong passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences /lili Excellent ability to communicate and inspire clients with our brand values and concept /lili Fluent in English, and knowledge of other European languages a plus (such as French, German, Spanish) /lili Understanding of Italian for the work environment is preferred /lili Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment /li /ul Employment contract: full-time.
