p Your Mission p In this role, you will deliver relocation related activities and accompany expatriates, employed by global companies, on orientation tours, school / house visits and support them with their settling-in in the selected local area /pp What you will do /pulli Orientation tour: accompany the transferee during look and see program to help them familiarize with the local area /lili School search: support the transferee with school selection (international schools / private / bilingual) and accompany during school visists /lili Home search: review of housing needs, arrange and accompany on property viewing appointments /lili Settling-in: support the transferee with property's move-in and utilities connection /lili Correct and consistent execution of client's instructions and directions /lili Deliver a great customer experience ending in excellent customer satisfaction /li /ulp What you will bring to the role /pulli Free-lance status with own VAT Registration /lili Live in Ravenna and have in-depth knowledge of the local area and customs /lili Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer-oriented position /lili Ideally you already have some experience in the relocation or global mobility industry /lili Ideally you have lived abroad / have a multicultural background /lili Advanced written and spoken English and Italian, other languages are a plus /lili Proactive approach, positive attitude and ability to make decisions independently /lili Problem solving skills and empathic approach /lili Excellent time management skills, with an ability to plan and manage workload under pressure /lili Experience in the use of MS-Office and your own Laptop /lili Valid Drivers' License and car /li /ulp What we offer /pulli A position that offers flexibility and autonomy.
