p Applied AI / Solutions Engineer (Generative AI AI Agents)p A fast-growing Italian startup is looking for an experienced Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to join its team and support the design, development, and adoption of innovative Generative AI solutions for enterprise and public sector environments. /pp The role focuses on translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions, designing architectures, developing PoCs and MVPs, and supporting the implementation of AI systems and autonomous agents in real-world scenarios. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end AI solution architectures. /lili Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate AI solutions and business opportunities. /lili Design and optimize RAG pipelines, advanced prompt engineering strategies, and AI Agent workflows. /lili Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and existing infrastructures. /lili Evaluate AI models and technologies based on performance, cost, scalability, and compliance requirements. /lili Support AI projects throughout their lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment. /lili Create technical documentation, support knowledge transfer, and collaborate with customers and internal teams. /lili Contribute to the optimization of AI solutions in terms of security, reliability, and scalability. /li /ulp Requirements /pulli Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and end-to-end RAG systems. /lili Strong knowledge of Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack,



LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar. /lili Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI Agents, and model adaptation techniques. /lili Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise environments through APIs and existing systems. /lili Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, PGVector) and traditional databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). /lili Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML deployment practices. /lili Experience with Docker, Git, API development, and AI evaluation methodologies. /lili Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. /lili Experience working in enterprise environments and managing multiple priorities. /li /ulp Nice to Have /pulli Experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA). /lili Knowledge of AI monitoring and evaluation frameworks. /lili Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or public sector. /lili Cloud certifications or contributions to AI/ML open-source projects. /li /ulp What We're Looking For /pp We are looking for a proactive and problem-solving professional who combines strong AI technical skills with consulting abilities, enjoys working closely with customers, and is passionate about transforming business challenges into innovative AI solutions. /pp This job opportunity is open to candidates of all genders, ages, and nationalities, in compliance with applicable equal opportunity and anti-discrimination legislation. /p /p
