Senior Project Manager – Pharmaceutical ConstructionLocation: Parma, ItalyJob Type: Contract / FreelanceDuration: 24 MonthsOverviewWe are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering a major pharmaceutical construction project in Parma.They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex pharmaceutical construction project from construction through to commissioning and handover. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-value capital project within a fast-paced, regulated environment.ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of a major pharmaceutical construction projectManage multidisciplinary engineering, construction and commissioning teamsCoordinate contractors, subcontractors and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleEnsure delivery against programme, budget and quality objectivesMonitor project progress and implement mitigation plans where requiredManage project risks,
change control and issue resolutionChair project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to senior stakeholdersEnsure compliance with HSE, GMP and project governance requirementsSupport commissioning, qualification and project handover activitiesFoster strong relationships with the client and project delivery teamsRequirementsProven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale pharmaceutical or life sciences construction projectsAt least one completed pharmaceutical construction projectStrong experience delivering projects within EPC/EPCM environmentsDemonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary construction teamsExcellent stakeholder, client and contractor management skillsStrong understanding of construction, commissioning and project delivery within regulated environmentsIf interested, please apply or email (email hidden)
