This is your way in.What you'll do:Own copywriting for pod accounts (6-8) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RMKeep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencingContribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RMPull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisionsSpot blockers or delays before they become a client's problemWhat we're looking for (non negotiable):First experience with copywriting: you know how to write copy that gets a responseFirst experience with project management: you can keep tasks, approvals and deadlines organized without things slippingReliability: you deliver what you promise, without needing to be chasedYou own your mistakes and actually apply feedback,
