pstrongProject description /strong /ppDXC is seeking a highly seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep vertical expertise in the Hogan CAMSII platform. In this strategic role, he/she will serve as the Functional Lead, steering a dedicated project team through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final client acceptance testing. /ppThe ideal candidate is a CAMS II functional subject matter expert who combines banking process mastery with the technical authority needed to guide complex new Clients onboarding projects. Willingness to travel. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pp-End-to-End Functional Leadership: Act as the primary functional authority for the project team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. /pp-Requirement Engineering: Lead high-level workshops with banking stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements. /pp-Strategic Liaison: Bridge the gap between the client#39;s business requirements and the technical development team, translating banking needs into robust functional specifications. /pp-Test Management Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing strategy, define success criteria, and lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase alongside the client. /pp-Knowledge Mentorship: Act as a senior mentor to the team, safeguarding the integrity of the Hogan CAMSII implementation and sharing best practices. /ppbr / /ppstrongSkills /strong /ppMust have /pp-Banking Industry Expertise:
