Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless stock management, outstanding customer service, and efficient order fulfillment. 1. Stock Management: - Monitor and analyze product inventory levels.
- Place orders from the main warehouse to replenish stock and prevent shortages.
- Update product quantities on the website to reflect accurate stock levels. 2. Customer Service: - Address and resolve customer complaints under the supervision of the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager.
- Strive to provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Order Fulfillment: - Manage orders within the Shopify platform.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Oversee the packing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Order packaging materials and supplies for online orders. 4. Carrier Relations: - Maintain close communication with carrier companies to track shipments and address any issues.




- Proactively identify opportunities to improve shipping services and resolve logistics challenges. 5. Process Improvement: - Continuously evaluate and improve e-commerce operations processes for efficiency.
- Implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the fulfillment process. Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Basic knowledge of packaging materials and practices. English is mandatory, any other language is a plus.
