Someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, leading people and delivering exceptional work for clients. /pKey ResponsibilitiesulliLead and manage a portfolio of luxury client accounts /liliDevelop and execute strategic PR and communications plans /liliBuild and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and key industry figures /liliLead the agency#39;s press office and oversee media outreach /liliPlan and execute press days, launches, VIP experiences and high-profile events /liliManage client communication and present strategies with confidence /liliMentor and support junior members of the team /liliIdentify new business opportunities and support agency growth /liliWork closely with the Founder on the strategic development of Natasha Slater Studio /li /ulWhat We#39;re Looking ForulliMinimum strong5 years#39; experience /strong in luxury PR or communications /liliProven experience working with strongfashion, luxury, interior design,
hospitality or lifestyle brands /strong /lilistrongFluent English and Italian (written and spoken) – this is essential /strong /liliDemonstrated experience leading client accounts and mentoring junior team members /liliStrong experience organising luxury events, press days, launches and VIP activations /liliExcellent understanding of influencer marketing, digital communications and the evolving media landscape /liliExisting relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and industry contacts are highly desirable /liliCommercially minded, highly organised and solutions-oriented /liliPassionate about fashion, design, luxury, travel and contemporary culture /liliWilling to attend evening events, fashion weeks and industry activations as required /li /ulWorking at Natasha Slater StudiopThis is an strongoffice-based role /strong, with strongfour days per week in our Milan studio /strong and one day of lavoro da remoto. /ppWe believe the best ideas come from collaboration, creativity and being together as a team.
