In this global leadership role, you shape how pricing, capacity and resource planning support business success across Valmet. You’ll lead teams driving cost modelling, capacity management, and Sales & Operations Planning to enable smarter commercial and operational decisions. You’ll influence competitiveness, delivery performance and inventory optimization through cross-functional collaboration with Production, Procurement, Sales and Operations. This is a chance to transform planning processes at scale and deliver meaningful business value in a mission‑critical industry. - Lead global teams responsible for pricing, cost modelling, and capacity management across Valmet's business areas
- Provide cost, capacity, and workload analyses to support commercial decisions, sales projects, and S&OP;
- Develop optimized supply and production plans by identifying capacity, supply,



and operational constraints and translating them into actionable recommendations
- Lead and facilitate global S&OP; processes with cross-functional collaboration and informed decision-making across functions, business areas, suppliers, and strategic partners
- Partner with Production and Procurement to maintain accurate cost and pricing models supporting performance
- 5-10 years of experience leading resources, teams, or functions in a global environment
- Strong expertise in Sales and Operations Planning
- Solid understanding of business operations, technologies, and resource capabilities
- Proven track record of leading transformational initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
- Advanced communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
