**About the job** We are looking for a Junior Accountant to be part of our financial department. He/she will join the team in our legal entity in Milan (Italy). **Main Activities and Responsibilities**: - Supporting the correct and timely booking of accounting entries for monthly preparation of reporting package
- Checking correctness of AR invoices, such as VAT codes, SDI and related format
- Checking Sales summary report and preparing AR ledgers reconciliation
- Resolving all AR related issues with internal and external parties, follow up debt collection and maintaining AR aging updated
- Managing Intent letter and assisting timely local tax declarations and filings, such as Intrastat, VAT register and stamp duty
- Responsible for document archiving according to local compliance **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree majored in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role




- Ideally proficiency in Italian and English (Both written and speaking)
- Self-starter, organized, motivated, ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
