this role is an excellent fit.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical training sessions on IGE‑XAO/ETAP electrical CAD‑CAE software to customers and partners.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.Prepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback.Assist in pre‑sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.Essential RequirementsTechnical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.Experience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to analyse technical problems and propose effective solutions.Willingness to work on‑site tempo pieno in Bergamo.Desired SkillsGood command of the English language, both written and spoken.Familiarity with IGE‑XAO or ETAP products.Strong teamwork attitude, openness to feedback, and collaborative mindset.Curiosity for learning new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement.Reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach in supporting customers and colleagues.ETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
