On behalf of a fine dining gourmet restaurant group in Milan we are looking for a Sushi chef **Requirements**: - Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
- Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish/meat.
- Handles a wide range of raw fish and other ingredient.
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift.
- Regularly taking inventory of food supplies and other products.
