**RESTAURANT MANAGER**

- We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our wonderful and dynamic front of house team in Crazy Pizza Varazze._ **Overview**: - Ensure the seamless running of the Restaurant in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
- To ensure the seamless running of the venue by providing a highly efficient and effective service.
- Ensure standards are maintained and guest comfort and safety are paramount at all times.
- Being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships amongst the bar, club lounge/terrace, reception and kitchen teams. **Objectives & Goals**: - Exceed consistently guest expectations through the delivery of great food and excellent service.
- Work closely with Head Chef, General Manager.
- Demonstrate the ownership and personality required to be the driving force of the Restaurant.
- Develop a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals.
- Develop a positive,
direct and open relationship with all colleagues.
- Identify training and development needs within the department and to take appropriate action.
- Ensure all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently.
- Ensure all restaurant team members have comprehensive knowledge of the Restaurant menus ensuring that all dishes and beverages are prepared and served in timely fashion and accurately.
- Demonstrate a high standard of restaurant and personal presentation, ensuring good personal hygiene of self and the restaurant team.
- Initiate revenue generating activities and utilize relevant resources to maximize covers and head spend.
- Ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work.
- Support the delivery of all key training, identifying training needs and capability gaps within the team.
- Support the management of all employees’ performance in line with job descriptions, giving regular feedback and appraisals.
