Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and manage OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms in enterprise environments /liliDevelop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation frameworks) /liliBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD) /liliImplement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (Terraform, Ansible) /liliSupport and optimize the application lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot) /liliExecute advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization activities /liliEnsure compliance with security, reliability, and operational standards /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and automation strategies /li /ulh3Client Engagement Consult Approach /h3ulliInteract directly with clients in technical discussions and delivery activities /liliUnderstand business and technical requirements and translate them into solutions /liliContribute to solution design and architecture discussions within the team /liliSupport workshops, onboarding, and DevOps adoption initiatives /liliApply a consultative approach to deliver value and improve client environments /li /ulh3Team Collaboration /h3ulliWork in cross-functional Agile teams (Dev, Ops, Cloud, Security, Architecture) /liliCollaborate on solutioning, delivery, and problem resolutionShare knowledge and contribute to team capability growth (non-formal mentoring)
