Then this is the opportunity for you! _ As a **Purchase Order Specialist** at Kramp you will be a part of an international team with 14 other Purchase Order Specialists. You will be responsible for your own suppliers in the category: Tractor and Vehicle Parts. **Your primary tasks will be**: - Managing and overseeing the end-to-end purchase order processes within Kramp, from placing, confirming and monitoring the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate and network with internal and external stakeholders, be in close contact with sales and logistics across countries.
- Play a critical role in ensuring that the purchase management process operates smoothly, efficiently, and is in compliance with organizational standards.
- You have attention for details, communication skills and the ability to navigate supplier relationships ensuring their contribution to the overall success in the supply chain function. **About you**: - You have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions or tasks.
- You have an advanced experience in Excel.
- You build relationships easily and communicate fluently in written and spoken Italian and English.
