- we offer conscious fashion and promote special collaborations with non-profits, organizations, and brands to agevolazioni social and low impact initiatives. **IT Help Desk - Level 1** We are looking for a person passionate about technology, oriented towards collaboration and problem solving, capable of working in a team while being proactive and sensitive towards service issues.
- You will_: - You will review IT support tickets and be the first point of contact for internal users.
- You will evaluate reports relating to hardware,
software or service malfunctions (e.g. web, apps, company back offices) and manage the most frequent ones, or forward them to the most suitable department for management.
- You will update the knowledge base with information on case studies.
- You will collaborate with the team in the installation/maintenance/replacement of company software or devices.
- Requiremen_ts:_
- Understanding user needs
- Skills in written and spoken communication, both in Italian and English
- Experience with company software
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk team
- Nice to have_: - Knowledge of Jira or other ticketing systems
- Technical/IT training
- Knowledge of written and spoken English
- Web programming and/or scripting **What we offer**:
