We are searching for a Junior Analyst to join the Corporate Finance division in the Transportation & Infrastructure team based in Milan. As an Analst you will be supporting both origination and execution projects. Duties include: - Financial statement analysis and valuations
- Preparation of client presentations, deal memoranda etc, both in the context of the origination and execution of transactions
- Preparation of company and industry analyses and company and industry profiles
- Target analysis and / or buyer’s acquisition capacity analysis
- Keep up to date about M&A;, equity and debt related issues **Requisiti**:
The position requires a self-confident person who is a self-starter; highly motivated and reliable, with strong team spirit: - 1 years of Investment Banking experience
- Deal experience primarily in M&A;
- Ability to prioritize and project manage a range of tasks, attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Aptitude to take responsibility for a task and complete it
- Financial modelling skills will be a plus
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration from a top-tier Business or Engineer School **Altre informazioni**:
