This position is located at our property Aman Venice, in Italy. Overview:
The housekeeping attendant will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager of the property and will work in a fast paced environment. The job will be on call and upon operational necessities. **Responsibilities**: - Satisfying guests and exceeding guest’s expectations
- Projecting a positive hotel image
- Collecting and distributing guest laundry
- Cleaning all the areas in the hotel as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager
- Reporting missing or damaged items
- Reporting lost and found items
- Maintaining a clean & neat area of operation Qualifications: - ** **Previous experience in the same role
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent team worker and oriented to details
