Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to assess the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability, and purity of biological substances and products. /ppbr / /ppstrongRole Overview /strong /ppstrongEurofins Biopharma Product Testing /strong is looking for a strongemProject Manager /em /strong, at EU level, who will be focused on the strongdeployment /strongand strongimplementation /strongof strongeQMS /strong (Eurofins Quality Management System). /ppThe resource will be based in Vimodrone (MI) and will report to Eurofins Quality Management System Owner. /ppbr / /ppstrongSpecific Assignments /strong /ppThe eQMS software has been adopted by Eurofins BioPharmaceutical Services laboratories as the /ppglobal quality and compliance management system and will be used worldwide by several hundreds of users in different laboratories. /ppFollowing ITIL best practices, GAMP5 guidelines, Internal eQMS procedures and working instructions, the mission of the Project Manager is to: /pulliDeploy eQMS in different laboratories worldwide in collaboration with the IT Manager in charge of Computerized Quality Systems for the quality processes; /liliManage overall project tasks, deployment or system optimization related, from inception to completion; /liliOrganize and coordinate requirements elicitation with business teams; /liliProvide new requirements to business analyst so they can perform assessments for new and existing features; /liliFollow-up design and functional specifications; /liliLead validation processes,
including test plan and test script generation and coordination of work with Technical System Engineer(s); /liliPrepare training material and train local resources on system features and implemented processes; /liliAuthor release notes related with implemented changes; /liliAuthor, maintain and periodic review for all documents related with eQMS (requirements, specifications, traceability matrix, working instructions, SOP’s, reports, etc.). /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOther Assignments: /strong /pulliParticipate in the continuous improvement of IT Quality Assurance systems processes; /liliFollow group policies and standards; /liliEnsure follow-up to his Manager on a regular basis and as often as requested; /liliDevelop good practices; /liliAuthor guidelines, procedures and templates for project management, system maintenance and validation; /liliImprove system design to fulfill good practices and applicable regulations; /liliCapitalize the knowledge base and help to improve the implemented processes. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongKey Competencies Skills /strong /pulliStrong project management and coordination capabilities across international teams; /liliSolid IT knowledge from a design and functional perspective; /liliExperience working in a quality-related environment; /lilistrongFluent English communication skills; /strong /liliProactive, analytical, autonomous, and business-focused mindset with strong communication skills. /lilistrongAvailable to travel up to 40% of the time. /strong /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongAdditional Information /strong /ppStarting date: 1st October 2026 /ppstrongExpected salary (RAL) range for the role: €25–34K /strong /ppCompensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and alignment with the company’s salary ranges for the role. /ppTo apply, it is necessary send a detailed strongemCurriculum Vitae written in english, /em /strong specifying the authorization to process personal data.
