Harley-Davidson Motor Company in Milan is seeking a Director of Sales to lead sales performance across Switzerland, Italy, Portugal and Spain. You will partner with the Head of Sales and Managing Director EMEA to implement regional strategy and achieve wholesale and retail objectives.

You will lead cross-country sales teams, develop dealer networks, provide market intelligence, and ensure alignment with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Network development.
