In this role, you will help shape next-gen mobile networks by contributing to the design and evolution of 4G/5G architectures, RAN, Core Networks, and MVNO infrastructures. You will work across the network solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis through implementation, validation and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position emphasizes hands-on design, integration, and performance improvement of telco infrastructures and services. - Contribute to design and evolution of 4G/5G networks (RAN, Core Networks, MVNOs)
- Participate in end-to-end lifecycle activities: requirements analysis, design, implementation, validation, optimization
- Monitor network performance, analyze KPIs, and assist in issue resolution




- Support interoperability validation across multiple network domains and elements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex concepts and deliver results
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
- Experience or strong interest in mobile networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G) and RAN/Core Network architectures
- Knowledge of MVNO ecosystems
- Experience with OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager, and Telco monitoring platforms
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to design, validate, and optimize mobile network infrastructures and perform KPI analysis
