- Especting, monitoring, and implementing policies and procedures related to areas of responsibility;
- Analysis of tenders, evaluation of the requirements, preparation of the administrative documentation;
- Preparation of technical documentation in collaboration with the support team;
- Preparation of the economic quote with the Commercial Department;
- Monitoring tender submission process and ensuring the correct completeness, consistency, and compliance of documentation produced;
- MEPA
- A sound knowledge of standard purchasing procedures is required, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency with standard computer software packages, in particular with Excel. A discrete level of written and spoken English is also required. **Who we are looking for**: - Degree
- 3 years of experience in respective role within medical devices
- Solid understanding of local business practices,
and legal processes
- Good organizational and analytical skills and priority management
- Demonstrated ability to perform independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and positive.
- Outgoing and friendly, with a “can do” attitude
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Goods computer skills, in particular spreadsheets in Excel.
