To support our entity in **Milan, Italy** we are currently looking for a **Head of Administration - Finance & Controlling (f/m/d)**. **Ihre Aufgaben**: - Coordination of the Accounting team related to the departments responsibilities
- Driving financial controlling and management reporting
- Maintaining the financial records within the existing ERP system
- Processing of the daily accounting business and cash flow management
- Coordination of topics related to insurance policies, payroll and audit management
- Working closely and cooperatively with the Head Office Finance Team in Hamburg
- Contact for tax consultants, auditors, banks and insurance companies **Ihr Profil**:



- Degree in Economics & Business or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling and Administration
- Analytical mindset and strategic skills
- Confident handling of SAP
- Flexibility, talent for coordinating different areas of responsibility, self-confidence and solution-orientation
