Sungrow Europe in Milan seeks an experienced IT support specialist to deliver hybrid Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-users in the Milan office and across Southern Europe. You will administer devices with Intune, implement Defender and Conditional Access, and manage incidents via Jira and Zendesk.

Fluency in Italian and English (C1) is required; Chinese is optional. ITIL Foundation is an advantage and you will support asset management, procurement, and local infrastructure.
