ppIt’s a hands-on journey into the world of people, culture, and hospitality excellence. /p pAt Borgo San Felice Agricola San Felice, we believe that true luxury is created by people. /p pWe are looking for a passionate and curious HR Intern ready to actively contribute to building an engaging, inspiring, and people-centered workplace. /p h3What You Will Really Do /h3 pYou won’t just support — you will be part of the HR team. /p h3Employee Engagement /h3 ul liContribute to designing and delivering employee engagement well being initiatives /li liSupport internal events, communication, and team-building activities /li liHelp give a voice to our people, gathering feedback and enhancing workplace experience /li /ul h3Recruitment Employer Branding /h3 ul liBe involved in the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews) /li liCollaborate with international schools and universities /li liSupport the development of our employer brand and talent attraction strategy /li /ul h3Onboarding Training /h3 ul liHelp create an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners /li liSupport the organization of training programs and development initiatives /liliGain insight into how we grow and develop talent /li /ul h3HR Operations Projects /h3 ul liSupport HR daily activities across all functions /li liParticipate in real HR projects (process improvement, digital tools, initiatives) /li liWork closely with department heads and leadership team /li liCreating packaging for employees /li liSupporting the accommodation organization /li /ul h3Learning Development /h3 ul liDirect mentorship and coaching from the HR /li liExposure to all HR functions /li liParticipation in real HR projects with measurable impact /li liActive involvement in employee engagement and culture initiatives /li liOpportunity to work closely with Department Heads and leadership team, EXCOM level /li liHands‑on experience in a luxury hospitality environment /li liParticipation in internal events and team-building activities /li liDevelopment of practical HR skills in a real business context /li liStrong learning curve and ownership from day one /li liNetworking opportunities with international talents and institutions /li liPotential future career opportunities within the organization /li /ul h3What we’re looking for: /h3 ul listrong organizational skills /li lihigh attention to detail and ability to mantain confidential information /li listrong administrative and data management skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
