ph3Position /h3 pWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planning Associate to join our Supply Planning Team at Fendi's headquarters in Rome. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management of both our seasonal and timeless collections, contributing directly to our delivery objectives and overall business success. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liSeasonal Collection Management: /li ul liMonitor production deliveries post-launch to ensure adherence to the delivery plan. /li liProactively identify and mitigate risks to minimize retail and wholesale order cancellations. /li /ul liTimeless Collection Management: /li ul liSupport coordination and planning production activities for reorders across all product categories. /li liAlign demand planning reorder deliveries with the production planning team to guarantee balanced production capacity. /li liCollaborate overseeing the execution of the production plan, resolving potential issues and proposing alternative schedules to meet deadlines. /li /ul liCollaborative Planning Monitoring: /li ul liCollaborate closely with the production planning team to develop delivery plans that meet business needs while optimizing capacity. /li liConduct weekly monitoring of deliveries to the central warehouse, promptly communicating any potential delays or issues.
/li liWork with Production Planners to analyse plan implementation, provide production forecast visibility, and drive priority setting and follow-up actions. /li /ul liPerformance Project Development: /li ul liDevelop and implement new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and report on supply chain efficiency. /li liContribute to project development initiatives for both seasonal and timeless collections. /li /ul /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li1-3 year of experience in Production, Supply Chain, or Planning roles. /li liExperience within the Luxury/Fashion Industry is highly desirable. /li liBachelor degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field. /li liHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. /li liDemonstrated Power BI Developer skills. /li liFluent in both English and Italian. /li liProven expertise in data analysis, and strong numerical aptitude combined with Business /li liProactive, flexible, results-driven, and highly organized with a strong commitment to meeting company deadlines. /li /ul pLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities.
