ResponsibilitiesSupport the Agency team in the day-to-day management of performing financing transactionsAssist with onboarding of new mandates, including collection and review of transaction documentationSupport with data remediation and data quality activities related to the credit portfolioMaintain and update transaction data, records and reporting within the management systemSupport drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, payment processes and reconciliation activitiesMonitor key contractual dates, conditions precedent and ongoing obligationsAssist in the preparation of client communications, notices and periodic reportsLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (lenders, borrowers, legal advisors)Support portfolio monitoring activitiesAssist senior team members on restructuring or special situation mandates, including:



amendments and waivers restructuring of existing facilities coordination across multiple creditor groupsContribute to process optimisation and data quality initiativesRequirementsUniversity degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related fields0–2 years of experience in financial services, banking, consulting, transaction services or similar environmentsStrong interest in financial transactions and credit marketsSolid analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProactive and reliable attitude, with a willingness to learnGood communication skillsFluent in Italian and in English (written and spoken)Good Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems or reporting tools is a plusInternship or early experience in banking, loan operations, agency, restructuring or advisoryBasic understanding of loan documentation and financing structuresExposure to credit funds or alternative lenders#J-18808-Ljbffr
