The original shoe they made, the Sebago Classic beefroll penny loafer, is still handsewn with the finest craftsmanship today, just as it was back then. /pp Who We're Looking For /pp For the upcoming opening of our brand new Sebago store in Bologna, we're looking for a Store Manager to manage and lead a high-performing team to ensure the best level of customer experience, deliver the brand's vision, and achieve sales targets. /pp Key Responsibilities /pp Excellent customer experience: /pulli Promote and delivers excellent in customer in-store experience; /lili ensure that the team understands - and caters to - customer needs, providing consistently high-quality service; /lili ensure the team's excellence in selling techniques and styling ability; /lili be active and present on the shop floor, acting as a role model and engaging with customers and team members. /li /ulp Drive for results: /pulli Monitor and analyze sales analytics, budgets, and forecasts to optimize performance; /lili provides clear daily, weekly monthly sales targets with the team, as well as each individual team member,



and follows up regularly on achievement; /lili provide hierarchy with clear and regular insights regarding the store performance. /li /ulp Store Management: /pulli Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling, in compliance with company policies; /lili communicates efficiently within the company, about the store needs for support in order to perform better, as well as opportunities for business acceleration; /lili manage staff scheduling, ensuring appropriate staff coverage. /li /ulp People leadership: /pulli Lead, inspire and support the store team, fostering high energy,motivation and a strong spirit of teamwork; /lili foster a culture of constructive feed-back in the team; /lili ensure the company's policies are understood and adopted by all team members. /li /ulp Knowledge, Skills Abilities Required /pulli Previous experience as a Store Manager in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level; /lili experience in all aspects of store management and exceptional customer-oriented interactions, with the aim of creating outstanding customer service experiences and relationships. /lili previous experience in managing the opening of new stores is appreciated. /lili leadership skills and the ability to build, manage, and collaborate within a team, paired with proven organizational abilities; /lili strong communication skills, effective in interacting with the team, colleagues, and senior management; /lili fluent in English /li /ulp This role comes with an annual gross salary of around 28.000, plus a range of company benefits. /pp Sebago is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
