DXC Technology looking for a **Junior** **Business Analyst **to be trained and involved in our teams. You will receive a specific training from day one on Business Analysis, Design Thinking and Project management. After a short training period you will be involve in our projects providing your contribution to the client request. **Responsibilities**: - Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions.
- Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments.
- Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals.
- Assist team members in producing functional requirements for software development.
- Identify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company’s clients.
- Effectively manage client’s expectations. **Education and Skills**: - Typically, a degree in a technical or business discipline
- Proactive approach, Data Driven, ability to work in team and good communication skills. **Work Location: Rome (RM) with Remote Work Possibility
