We are looking for a** Curricular Intern **who will be placed within the Wholesale Customer Service Europe Team based in Diesel HQ in Breganze. The person will support to the Costumer Service Team in managing the operational processes of the portfolio and will assist the manager in monitoring order processes, from the moment of insertion to delivery. He/she will provide continuous operational support to customers by coordinating with the sales network in the territory. **Main Responsibilities**: - Handling any reports regarding the quality of the product or deliveries, interfacing with logistics or production.
- Actively interfacing with the Finance department regarding credit management and/or billing activities.
- Ensuring a continuous and thorough flow of communication with customers, sales, and other business functions.
- Ensuring that all requests, questions,
issues reported by customers and colleagues are addressed promptly and that the service provided has the highest level of efficiency.
- Actively collaborating with all company departments, particularly with credit control, logistics, management control, and of course, sales. **Job Requirements**: - Excellent knowledge of the English language is a must, any additional European language (French, German, Spanish) will be considered a strong plus.
- Mastery in the use of the main Office tools (particularly MS Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
